Process

I personally guide each client through all aspects of the loan process. You will not be passed to others, and you will receive ethical financial advice along the way.  

Preliminary approval

Your preliminary approval can be processed and a letter delivered to your real estate agent the same day in most cases.
 

Wire fraud warning

Wire fraud is growing exponentially in the real estate industry. In 2017, a whopping $969 million was 'diverted or attempted to be diverted' from real estate purchase
transactions and wired to criminally controlled bank accounts. In 2016, the FBI recorded $19 million. None of our clients have experienced wire fraud, or attempted wire fraud. When it's time for you to deposit your down payment and closing costs to escrow, we suggest you bring a Cashier's check and hand it to the escrow signer. 

Information security statement 

We regularly update our systems, software and policies to keep customer data safe. We employ ongoing training, modern encryption, security software with reporting tools, and plain common sense on topics like not utilizing wireless networks, wireless keyboards, wireless printer services, or common area printers. We properly destroy replaced computer hard drives, professionally shred aged out files and we comply with all applicable Federal and State laws.
