- Two years Fed 1040s, all pages/schedules .
- Two years 1120 business returns and K-1s if business owner.
- Two months bank/investment account statements (all pages included)
- Purchase agreement and all addendums.
- Keep us informed of price, seller credit and closing date changes.

If your subtotal of closing costs and prepaid items are higher at closing than
your final Good Faith Estimate, I will adjust your bottom line no-questions
asked. There are exceptions to this guarantee due to rare circumstances of your particular loan but I am very committed to keeping you on budget.
